Schroff has been appointed as the UK technical representative for McLean Cooling Technology, a manufacturer of products designed for cooling electronic systems. The move will enable Schroff to offer McLean's indoor and outdoor air conditioners, heat exchangers and fans.The McLean air conditioners offer cooling capacities up to 5,860W. All units are CE marked, use a CFC-free or environmentally safe refrigerant and carry both IP54/55 and UL Type 12/3R/4 ratings. Typically mounted on the outside of 19in (48cm) cabinets or machine housings, the air conditioners are suitable for a variety of applications, such as industrial control, traffic monitoring, security imaging systems, telecommunications equipment and satellite control systems.
All McLean products are now available from Schroff in various standard configurations. A service and repair network is in place to provide support for UK customers. Both companies are part of the Pentair Technical Products Group.
