Halewood International, a drinks manufacturer and distributor, has implemented maintenance management systems from Idhammar to improve its control of preventative maintenance. In 2009, the Halewood distillery and bottling plant in Liverpool began focusing on improving plant maintenance.The recently implemented Idhammar maintenance management systems are also being used to facilitate a number of TPM and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Loss Prevention workshops for operators. With a dedicated steering team in place to use and shape the system, this new approach to plant maintenance is resulting in operational benefits for the engineering team at the site.
