Gamatronic has unveiled the Mega Power Plus Modular UPS, which can provide 25kW to 250kW of on-line power. The unit is based on Power Plus technology developed by Gamatronic research and development engineers. This technology has been improved by implementing the latest power elements and algorithms that are available on the power electronics market.Power Plus features: AC/AC efficiency of 96 per cent; power supply losses cut from eight per cent to four per cent; on-line double conversion topology; and parallel redundant UPS system for modularity and upgrades. The power supplies are produced as hot swappable systems with a modular design. They can reduce heat dissipation in order to save energy costs.
