QTC Bevel Gears Stocked In 24 Sizes

Quality Transmission Components (QTC) has announced that its precision 20-deg pressure angle stainless-steel bevel gears are stocked in 24 sizes in modules 1.5-3. These gears, identified as the SUB series, are made of SUS303 and conform to precision-grade JIS B 1704 grade three standards.

They are stocked in sizes ranging from Module 1.5 to Module 3. The number of teeth ranges from 15-45. Bore sizes range from 8-20mm and hub diameters from 25-80mm.

In addition to these stainless-steel bevel gears QTC stocks a variety of bevel gears in other materials including: plastic, injection moulded, sintered metal, steel, and in specialised types including: bevel gears and pinion shafts, finished bore, and spiral bevel gear types.

Swivel Clamp Connectors Come In Metric Sizes

JW Winco has expanded its line of metric aluminium swivel clamp connectors. The clamping bores of the swivel clamp connectors are machined and designed for construction tubings GN990 or DIN2391, DIN2395 and DIN2462, respectively. They are made of aluminium with matte shot-blasted finish or black powder coat finish.

Other surface finishes are available on request with minimum quantities. The hexagon nuts are either zinc plated or in stainless steel to suit the screws. The clamps are available with a variety of round metric bores. They may be ordered with socket cap screws, hex cap screws or adjustable clamping levers.
