A commercial and precision gear range is the latest addition to Ondrives' product portfolio, enhancing the company's transmission series. The range of products offered consists of bevel gears, worms and wheels, anti-backlash wormwheels, internal gears, anti-backlash gears, parallel and crossed helical gears, spur gears, pinion shafts, timing pulleys and belts, and sprockets and chains.
These are all contained within a separate gears and gearboxes catalogue, released for the first time at Total Processing and Packaging. A choice of MOD sizes is available, ranging from 0.5 to 8 MOD, along with various material types to suit different applications and environments. 214M15/045M10 steel is said to be the most popular, with Delrin also available to order. Standards are mainly stocked on the shelf for gears and gearboxes. There is a range of sizes, ratios, torques and materials available.

Ondrives Catalogue Details Precision Gears
Ondrives has introduced a range of in-house manufactured products in its latest catalogue. Precision gears that have been made to standard DIN3961, with Grade 7 accuracy are available; for example, spur gears from 0.5Mn up to 3Mn, worms, wheels and helical gears.Specials and modifications are also available, with production runs and smaller quantities welcomed on a just-in-time basis. Standard materials available include high-quality stainless steel, steel, aluminium, bronze and plastics. Most materials can be sourced by Ondrives to suit customers' designs and applications.
